In 2011 after over a decade of struggling with different meditations, Joan Weisman started at Spiritual Arts Institute with founder Barbara Y. Martin. Ms. Martin rekindled an ancient method of meditation, and for the first time Joan was able to reliably experience noticeable improvement from her meditation practice. Excited, in 2012 she started an in-person book study that evolved into this meditation group.
Allow at least thirty minutes. We start on time with a gentle relaxation of the body. Next, we create protection around us. Finally, we bring light and resources into each energy center.
